On the Slovenian national culture day the kurents visited Villach in Austria. They danced in front of the Villach City Hall where they met the mayor of Villach Helmut Manzenreiter. Among the kurents was dr. Štefan Čelan, the mayor of Ptuj, who is a longtime devoted kurent.
